Nature’s Spirit Mini Ostrich Belly Plumes Feathers

These minature ostrich plumes are a great substitute spey hackle for medium to large flies. A perfect feather for tying scandinavian style tube flies to add extra movement.

The average package comes with approximately ten feathers. Six to seven will be small feathers, with fibrettes (herl) roughly one inch in length. Three or four of the feathers in the package are slightly larger with herl 2 to 2.5 inches in length. No one plume is longer (stem length) than five inches with the smallest only three inches from butt to tip of the feather.
